Cavalier de la Méditerranée wines are produced on the dry, rocky lands of Languedoc. The vineyard is located along the Canal du Midi, between Carcassonne and Béziers, in one of the hottest and driest terroirs in France, swept by the Tramontane and sea breezes.

The Mediterranean climate, the geological nature of the terroir and the winemaker’s work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, combine to produce elegant, fruity wines full of freshness and minerality. This Merlot stands out with its aromas of blackcurrant and hints of cocoa.
