Who can buy at Tahiti Duty Free?
Any traveler at the departure and arrival of an international flight can buy in our shops. They are located at the departure, in the international boarding lounge, and at the arrival, in the baggage reclaim room of TAHITI FAAA airport.
What does the term "Duty Free" mean?
The term “Duty Free” refers to any goods that are exempt from the tax normally imposed on them. Thus, a consumer purchasing a good in “Duty Free” does not pay the tax that is normally attributed to his purchase (within the limits of authorized quotas).
Is this website commercial?
It is not possible to buy on our website at the moment.
This site allows you to book online products from a selection of our offer available in our shops: this is the online PRE-ORDER service. You can reserve your products no earlier than 30 days and no later than 72 hours before your flight.
You must have your flight information with you in order to validate the reservation. Payment will be made, according to your choice, at the Collection Point upon arrival or at the priority checkout in the boutique on the day of your departure.
How do I know if a product is available in the store?
You can instantly find out the availability of products by clicking on the words “In stock” or “Product Unavailable”. If the product is unavailable on the day of your departure, do not hesitate to contact us to be informed as soon as your product is available again.
What are the means of payment accepted by Tahiti Duty Free?
We put at your disposal several means of payment. Indeed, we accept most credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American express; JCB, Union Pay…) as well as various foreign currencies.
What are the documents required to buy at Tahiti Duty Free?
In order to purchase in our shops, you will only need to present your boarding pass and your passport.

What should I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

Can I buy your products in the shop directly?
If you wish to make further purchases in addition to your order, a small selection of items will be offered at the collection point. You can also complete your purchases directly in the shop (where more items will be available to you).
When can I place an order before my flight?
You can reserve your products at the earliest 30 days and at the latest 72 hours before your flight.
Can I find tobacco and other products in Tahiti Duty Free shops?
Yes, it is possible to find tobacco and other derivative products (cigars and cigarettes) in our shops. However, please note that the sale of tobacco products is reserved for people aged 18 and over.
What brands are available in Tahiti Duty Free boutiques?
You will find the biggest brands of perfumes and cosmetics, confectionery and gastronomy products, alcoholic beverages, electronic accessories and a collection of beads and local handicrafts, as well as fashion products in our boutiques. If you are looking for a particular brand, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information about its availability. Please note, however, that the sale of alcoholic and tobacco products is reserved for people 18 years of age and older.

How can I get my order back?
To pick up your order, simply present your boarding pass either at the priority checkout in our Duty-free shop in the international boarding lounge or at the collection point in the arrival area.
What are the opening hours of the Tahiti Duty Free outlets?
The boutique in the boarding area is open 3 hours before each international flight. Each time an international flight arrives, the boutique and the collection point are open 30 minutes beforehand.

In case of error on my order or on my flight information?
In case of an error on your order, you will be able to modify it if the deadline is not exceeded (at the earliest 30 days and at the latest 72 hours before your flight). If the time limit is exceeded, you will have to contact our customer service via the “Contact Us” section.
