THE GLENLIVET DISTILLER’S RESERVE 40% 1L

The Glenlivet Distiller’s Reserve Triple Cask Matured is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Scotland (Speyside), produced by The Glenlivet distillery (Ballindalloch, Moray).

Distilled in copper pot stills, it is crafted from malted barley and local source water. The blend marries equal parts whiskies aged in American White Oak casks, Traditional Oak casks, and Ex-Sherry casks, for a subtle balance between fruity notes and the brand’s characteristic sweetness.

The Distiller’s Reserve’s color is light golden, bright, with yellow highlights.

Nose: fresh notes of green apple and juicy pear, enhanced by honey, fudge, and butterscotch, supported by delicate floral notes.

Palate: the attack is lush, revealing flavors of candied dates, toasted almonds, toasted coconut, and a touch of milk chocolate. The finish is persistent, with fudge, dates, and a hint of vegetal spicy lift.

To serve neat, preferably at 16 °C–18 °C, in a tulip glass to concentrate aromas. It pairs with apple tarte Tatin, soft cheese, or a square of dark chocolate.
