The wine has a beautiful golden colour.

The nose is intense, with aromas of lychee, blackcurrant and exotic fruits.

On the palate, it is rich and lively, offering flavours of yellow-fleshed fruits such as pineapple, complemented by a distinctive, refreshing mineral note.

Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with oysters, seafood, fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Serve ideally at 10–12°C (50–54°F).
