Appleton Estate 15 Year Old Black River Casks is a tribute to the Black River; this river is the source of the water used in crafting the rums, naturally filtered through limestone. This blend of carefully selected rare rums, distilled in both pot stills and column stills, is made with spring water filtered through Jamaican limestone. With no added flavorings, all the rums in the blend have been aged for at least 15 years in Jamaica’s tropical climate.
