Santa Teresa 1796 is a bold and elegant rum, a blend aged up to 35 years in bourbon oak casks, then matured using the artisanal Solera method to obtain a dry, smooth, and balanced rum.
Passed from Maestro to Maestro, thanks to the Solera method, every bottle of Santa Teresa 1796 contains juice from the very first 1796 cask, the original cask, which has never been emptied. Indeed, each time a bottle is drawn, the cask is replenished with slightly younger rum. And this repeats for every bottle of Santa Teresa 1796.
Everything about Santa Teresa 1796, from distillation, to the Solera method, to the bottling system and the hand-applied wax used to seal the stopper, makes each bottle a unique and exclusive piece.
