Dalwhinnie produces a single malt with a welcoming sweetness but a pronounced character. This malt, with honeyed and floral notes, has fully benefited from its 15 years of maturation in American oak.

A flagship Highlands whisky and part of the Classic Malts range, Dalwhinnie has been producing an essential 15-year-old single malt since 1897. It is characterized by honey notes and very gourmand woody accents.

In colour, golden yellow; on the nose, spicy, herbaceous, and slightly smoky, elegantly evoking wax and honey while remaining, overall, close to barley. On the palate, the sweetness confirms the nose, marked by honey, heather, and delicate hints of soft spices. The milky finish has a touch of roughness, with notes of licorice, smoked barley, lemongrass, and anise.
