The vines of Château Haut Bastor in AOC Bordeaux Supérieur Blanc are planted at mid-height on gently sloping hillsides. The soils are mostly clay or clayey-limestone. Average age of the vines: 45 years old.
This mellow Chateau Haut Bastor has aromas of honey and candied fruits which reveal a roundness on the palate.
