Aberfeldy Distillery is nestled in a lush valley at the foot of the Highlands in Scotland, in the picturesque village of Aberfeldy, in Perthshire. A land steeped in folklore and legends. Founded by the two brothers Dewar: Tommy and John Alexander, the distillery came to life in 1898. The whiskies are crafted by Master Blender Stephanie MacLeod. Aberfeldy whisky is famous for its honeyed sweetness derived from a long fermentation process, which allows greater diffusion of flavors. It is then aged for more than 12 years in a combination of Sherry casks and Bourbon casks. A fruity and aromatic single malt with spicy notes, with rich honey flavors.
