The wines in the Cavalier de la Méditerranée range are produced on the dry, rocky lands of the Languedoc. The vineyard is located along the Canal du Midi, between Carcassonne and Béziers, in one of the hottest and driest terroirs in France, swept by the Tramontane and sea winds.

The Mediterranean climate, the geological characteristics of the terroir, and the winemaker’s work both in the vineyard and in the cellar combine to produce elegant, fruity wines with freshness and minerality. This Minervois is a perfectly balanced wine, both powerful and elegant.

Grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan

Tasting notes:
Intense deep purple colour. Rich and complex nose with notes of red and black fruits, particularly blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by delicate spicy notes. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, with velvety tannins. Smooth and lingering finish.

Food pairing:
Perfect with white and red meats, game and cheese.
