Taittinger Brut Réserve is composed of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from more than 35 different growths and coming from several harvests perfectly conducted at maturity. This high proportion of Chardonnay which is unique among great champagnes with no vintage together with a minimum of three years ageing in the cellar where it reaches its full aromatic maturity make Taittinger Brut Réserve a very balanced champagne whose quality of absolute consistency is recognised throughout the world.
