Grape varieties: Grenache Syrah
This wine is produced by the Perrin family using the same viticulture and winemaking techniques used at Château de Beaucastel.
The harvest is sorted and de-stemmed then the vinification takes place in stainless steel and wooden vats. Maturing in vats and tuns (25%) for one year.
Coming from different terroirs grouped under the appellation "Côtes du Rhône Villages" this wine is one of the most faithful illustrations of the Southern Rhône Valley.
