Formerly called "Bianchissimo" i.e. "the whitest" it is distinguished by its sweet vanilla notes. Awarded several times since 1910 it is today the most famous. The transparency of Bianco conceals a wide range of flavours. A unique base of Italian white wines such as Trebbiano flavoured with aromatic plant and flower extracts.
