"Emotion de Provence" is produced on the clay-limestone terroir of the Issole plateau in the heart of the Coteaux Varois appellation. The temperature differences between day and night are very important which is favourable to ripening especially with regard to the aromatic qualities of the grapes. All these elements combine to make a very pleasant wine to drink with friends on any occasion. This wine is very fresh in the mouth lingering on the same aromatic notes.
